摘　　要：主要解决了二进制数字之和函数的八次均值的计算公式问题,采用初等方法,对八次均值的计算进行了猜想,归纳,得出了精确的计算公式A8(N),它对于数论的理论研究起着重要的作用.The problem of a 8-th power mean value computing formula of digital function is solved in this paper,then the author use element method,conjecture,induction to get an accurate formula A8(N),which can be expected to play a very important role in number theory.
