摘　　要：目的:探讨BALB/c无毛同类系小鼠无毛基因表型的分子遗传学基础。方法:采用PCR和RT-PCR方法扩增BALB/c无毛同类系小鼠和BALB/c小鼠无毛基因的部分序列,并对测序结果进行对比分析。结果:BALB/c无毛同类系小鼠无毛基因3110位碱基(外显子12)发生G→A突变,使911位的色氨酸密码子(TGG)突变为终止密码子(TGA)。结论:BALB/c无毛同类系小鼠谱系清楚,遗传机制明确,将是一种有价值的动物模型。Aim:To study the molecular basis of inherited phenotype of BALB/c hairless mice of congenic strain.Methods:The partial fragments in hairless gene of BALB/c hairless mice of congenic strain were cloned and sequenced,BALB/c mice were the control.Results:A heterozygous transition mutation of GA at position 3 110 in exon 12 of hairless gene was determined in hairless mice of congenic strain,and resulted in a conversion of tryptophan codon(TGG)to terminator codon(TGA)at amino acid position 911.Conclusion:The mo...
