摘　　要：制度的信用建设既要依靠非正式信用制度的建设,更要依靠正式信用制度建构。正式信用制度主要是指社会性正式组织通过制定制度规则,规定和约束并依靠一定组织监督实施的信用规范体系。主要包括政府信用、经济信用、法律信用的建设。Construction of system credit relies on that of both unofficial and official credit systems.Official credit system refers mainly to the credit standard system implemented and supervised by certain organizations through system regulation,stipulations,and restraints.It covers the construction of government credit,economic credit and legal credit.
