摘　　要：以氨噻肟酸为原料与二乙氧基硫代磷酰氯反应合成新活性酯溶液,直接与(6R,7R)-7-氨基-3-[(1-甲基-1-吡咯烷)甲基]头孢-3-烯-4-羧酸盐酸盐(7-Acp)在混合溶剂中反应得到头孢吡肟盐酸盐一水合物,该合成方法产率高、质量好、成本低,适合于生产。Cefepime hydrochloride was one-pot synthesized from 7-amino-3[(1-methyl-1-pyrrolidino)methyl]ceph-3-em-4-carboxylate(7-ACP)with a new activated thioester solution,which was prepared by reaction of Aminothiazolyl Oximateacid and O,O-Diethylthiophosphoryl chloride.The synthetic process,featured with high yield,good quality,and low cost,can be applied to the industrial production.
