摘　　要：目的:明确在50岁和70岁时新发的、持久的或可恢复的缺血性ECG异常对随后发生心血管疾病风险的影响。设计、地点和参加者:一项前瞻性、基于社区的观察性队列研究,研究对象为瑞典50岁男性,随访32年。共2322例年龄50岁的男性于1970—1973年间参与了研究,有1221例受试者在70岁时再次接受了检查。主要观察指标:心肌梗死(MI)、Objective: To determine the effect of new, persistent or reverted ischaemic ECG abnormalities at ages 50 and 70 years on the risk of subsequent cardiovascular disease. Design, setting and participants: A prospective community-based observational cohort of 50-year-old men in Sweden, followed for 32 years. 2322 men of age 50 years participated in 1970- 3, and 1221 subjects were re-examined at the age of 70 years.
