摘　　要：背景:美沙酮被用于海洛因成瘾者以减少对毒品的非法吸食。据报道,美沙酮使用者中的尖端扭转型室性心动过速(TdP)患者其ECG示QT间期有所延长。因为海洛因成瘾者有时在吸毒时会晕倒,所以医生可能将太多的晕厥发作归因于吸毒,因而低估了这类特殊人群中TdP的发生率,该人群中的高死亡率可能部分源于美沙酮的致心律失常效应。方法:在本横断面研究中,Background: Methadone is prescribed to heroin addicts to decrease illicit opioid use.
