摘　　要：旨在通过对高校青年教师与学生的教学调查以及青年教师与学生之间的师生关系的调查,以期进一步加强高校青年教师与学生的交流互动,及时了解学生最新发展动态,发现问题,并找出正确的解决方法。This article aimes at young college teachers and the students of teachers teaching investigating and the relationship between teachers and students of the survey,with a view to further strengthening of young college teachers and students of the exchange interaction and timely understanding of the latest developments in the students,find problems,and find the right solution.
