摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈上皮样平滑肌肉瘤的诊治特点。方法:分析1例宫颈上皮样平滑肌肉瘤并伴CINⅡ级病例的诊治过程,同时复习相关文献。结果:肿瘤主要由圆形及类圆形似上皮样细胞组成,异型性明显,核分裂象>5个/HPF,并见坏死。免疫组化示肿瘤细胞Vimentin(++),SMA(局灶+),PCNA(局灶+),CD68(局灶+)等。结论:免疫组化技术可用于上皮样平滑肌肉瘤的鉴别诊断,但制定最佳的治疗方案及判断预后还需要更多病例支持。Objective To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic features of epithelioid leiomyosarcoma of the uterine cervix. Methods To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with epithelioid leiomyosarcoma of the uterine cervix with CINⅡ and review literature. Results The tumor had components of round cells and like round cells, which had distinct anaplsia and their mitotic count>5个/HPF,also necrosis could be observed.
