摘　　要：目的:通过卵巢浆液性肿瘤中CD24表达情况的检测,从分子粘附方面研究卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤的发生、发展情况,并检测CD24对于卵巢浆液性交界性及恶性肿瘤的预后判断。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤患者20例及浆液性恶性肿瘤20例、良性肿瘤12例中CD24蛋白表达。结果:CD24在卵巢交界性肿瘤表达阳性率为55%,明显高于良性肿瘤(0%),并低于恶性肿瘤(85%,P=0.0384)。在浆液性恶性肿瘤中,CD24胞浆表达情况与肿瘤分级显著相关(P=0.0153)。结论:CD24在卵巢浆液性肿瘤的发生发展中是有一定作用的,CD24可以间接反映肿瘤的预后。Objective To study the significance of expression of CD24 in ovarian serous epithelial tumors,to study the development and progression of ovarian serous borderline epithelial tumors by molecule adhesion in order to determine the prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to examine CD24 protein expression in ovarian serous borderline epithelial tumors(n=20) and malignant tumors(n=20) and benign tumors(n=12) of contrast group.Results Of the ovarian serous borderline tumors,the cytoplasmic expressi...
