摘　　要：目的:探讨CT在三叉神经瘤诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析13例经手术病理证实的三叉神经瘤的CT表现,并复习文献。结果:跨颅窝型8例,中颅窝型3例,后颅窝型2例。8例表现为哑铃状,3例表现为类圆形,2例表现为不规则形。肿瘤呈混杂密度、低密度或稍高密度,均无水肿及钙化。环形强化、不均匀强化或均匀强化。结论:CT是诊断三叉神经瘤的可靠方法。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of CT in the diagnosis of trigeminal neurinoma.Methods The CT findings of trigeminal neurinoma proved surgery and pathology in 13 cases were retrospectively analyzed with the review of literature.Results The tumor appeared as follows:type of transcranial fossa in 8 cases,type of middle cranial fossa in 3 cases,type of posterior cranial fossa in 2 cases.8 cases showed dumb-bell lesions,3 cases showed round mass like lesions,2 cases showed irregular lesions.Mixed,low a...
