摘　　要：胶体金免疫测定法是当前国际上公认的最理想的早孕诊断方法。用胶体金标记鼠抗人HCG-β链,采用双抗体夹心法检测HCG,使用方法有斑点免疫渗滤法和免疫层析法。其最大的特点是简便、快速。One Step HCG Pregnancy Test is a self-performing immunoassay, designed for the qualitative determination of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in urine or serum for early detection of pregnancy by visual. The test is a two sites sandwich immunoassay, utilizing a specific colloidal gold conjugate of monoclonal anti-HCG-β antibody-HCG-rabbit anti-mouse (IgG) polyclonal antibody complex to detect elevated levels of HCG.
