对西安市大学新生乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物的检测和分析

摘　　要：目的:了解大学新生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染状况。方法:ELISA法检测2555份HBV血清标志物。结果:HBsAg阳性率为1.92%,远低于我国大学生平均阳性率。“大三阳”检出率0.37%,“小三阳”检出率0.71%。结论:应加强大学生HBV感染的预防接种工作,同时加强对HBsAg阳性学生的管理工作。Objective Understand the HBV infection condition of university freshmen.Methods Detect 2 555 HBV blood serum sign by ELISA.Results HBsAg positive rate of 1.92%,was well below the average rate of Chinese college students.Conclusion Strengthening the prevention of HBV infection in the vaccination,while students in the management of HBsAg positive.
