摘　　要：并购作为企业扩张的方式之一,需要大量的资金和内部协调成本,而且随着规模的扩大极易产生"大企业病",其解决的方式是战略联盟。自20世纪80年代以来,战略联盟组织形式在西方企业界得到了迅速发展,尤其跨国公司之间在全球市场竞争中纷纷采取这种合作方式。财务战略联盟是迄今为止最先进的财务战略,是一个新的发展领域。本文分析了企业财务战略联盟的内容、优势,着重探讨了财务战略联盟的建立问题。M&B is one of the way that business enterprise extends, needing a great deal of funds and inner moderate cost.
