摘　　要：目前研究国有上市公司治理结构的文献很多,也已经取得一定的成果,然而探索民营上市公司治理结构的文献却很少。随着民营经济的迅速崛起,民营上市公司已是民营企业的中坚力量,本文从股权结构、融资结构、董事会结构与公司治理结构的关系入手,探讨构建民营上市公司治理结构。There are many studies on stateowned listed companies and they have obtain certain results while non-stateowned listed companies rarity.
