摘　　要：介绍了某型号新研密封圈功能考核试验的设计原理及其系统构成;按照系统控制要求设计了以西门子PLC(功能试验)为核心的硬件结构及软件流程图;阐述了国产组态软件——组态王在密封圈试验控制系统中的应用。The design principle and components of a function test system for a new O-ring are presented.The hardware structure based on Siemens PLC and the Siemens software structure flow chart are developed according to the requirements for system control.The application of the kingview code to the O-ring test system is also discussed.
