中西医结合治疗视网膜色素变性的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗视网膜色素变性(RP)的疗效。方法将2005年1—6月收治的RP患者作为治疗组,采用复方血栓通胶囊和西药血管扩张剂、维生素A及维生素B1治疗;将2005年7—12月收治的RP患者作为对照组,单用西药治疗,6周后观察疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为94%,对照组为82%,2组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗RP疗效较好。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on retinitis pigmentosa(RP).Methods The RP patients who were hospitalization and treatment from January to June in 2005 were as treatment group and treated with compound recipe Xueshuantong capsule and western medicine such as vasodilator agent,vitamin A and vitamin B1.The RP patients who were hospitalization and treatment from July to December in 2005 were as control group and treated with western medicine...
