磁性附着体在覆盖义齿中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价磁性附着体的临床应用效果.方法:用40个Magit磁性附着体为16名患者制做20件覆盖义齿,进行6～12个月临床观察.结果:18件覆盖义齿采用了2～4枚磁体的固位,固位效果满意;2件采用了1枚磁体的固位,固位效果良好.结论:磁性附着体可以显著改善覆盖义齿的固位.Objective:To cvaluate the clinical effect of magnctic attachment with overdenture.Methods:Twenty complete overdentures were made with 40 Magfit EX magnetic Attachments in 16 patients.These cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Results:18 cases complete overdentures which had 2 to 4 magnetic attachments had satisfied;The retention could also be improvedin 2 complete overdentures which had only one magnetic attachment.Conclusion: Magnetic attachment can improve the function of complete overdentures obviously.
