结肠灵治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠灵治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机制。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分成6组,即正常组(健康大鼠),模型组(溃疡性结肠炎大鼠),结肠灵高、中、低剂量组(给予溃疡性结肠炎大鼠不同剂量的结肠灵治疗)、西药组(给予溃疡性结肠炎大鼠柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗)。采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测各组大鼠IL-8和IL-18水平。结果IL-8水平:模型组,结肠灵高、中、低剂量组,西药组大鼠IL-8水平与正常组比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),结肠灵高、低剂量组大鼠IL-8水平与西药组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),而中剂量组与西药组比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IL-18水平:模型组,结肠灵高、低剂量组与正常组比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而中剂量组、西药组与正常组比较,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);结肠灵高、低剂量组与西药组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),中剂量组与西药组比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结肠灵通过降低IL-8和IL-18水平起到治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用。Objective To study the mechanisms of Jeichangling in curing ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups:control group,analogue group,high dose of Jeichangling group,median dose of Jeichangling group,low dose of Jeichangling group,western medicine group.The IL-8 and IL-18 in all rates were detected.Results IL-8:There were significant differences between analogue group,high dose of Jeichangling group,low dose of Jiechangling group and control group(P<0.05).The difference between median dose of Jiechangling group,western medicine group and control group were not significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences between high dose of Jeichangling group,low dose of Jeichangling group and western medicine group.the level of IL-8 in high and low dose of Jeichangling group was higher than in western medicine group(P<0.01).The difference between median dose of Jeichangling group and western medicine group was not significant(P>0.05).IL-18:There were significant differences between analogue group,high dose of Jeichangling group,low dose of Jeichangling group and control group(P<0.05).The difference between median dose of Jeichangling group,western medicine group and control group were not significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences between median dose of Jeichangling group,low dose of Jeichangling group and western medicine group.the level of IL-18 in high and low dose of Jeichangling groups was higher than in western medicine group(P<0.01).The difference between median dose of Jeichangling group and western medicine group were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiechangling is effective in treating the ulcerative colitis by decreasing the level of IL-8 and IL-18.
