摘　　要：把企业当作人来研究,提出了生命工厂的概念,指出不断智能化并逐渐具备"生命"特征是企业发展的必然趋势。说明了实施的关键并举实例予以阐述。最后得出结论:充分获取和利用有效信息、不断增强企业的"生命"力、使企业供应链实现良性循环是企业的必由之路。On the basis of studying enterprise as human being, the concept of living factory is proposed. It is pointed out that continuously increasing intelligentization and possessing life properties are the inexorable trend of enterprise development. The critical steps of practice and an example are described. Finally the conclusion is given, that is to fully obtain and use effective information, continuously enhance 'vitality' of the enterprise, and make the supplying linkage under virtuous circle, which are the only road for enterprises to follow.
