摘 要:试验选用12周龄的雪山鸡1120只,随机分成7组,每组2个重复(每个重复80只鸡),分别饲喂蛋能水平不同的日粮,从13~19周龄每周测量鸡只体重,计算周增重和料肉比,19周龄进行屠宰性能的观测。试验结果表明:不同蛋能比日粮对雪山鸡的周增重在第13、14、16、18、19周各组间存在显著差异(P<0.05);不同周龄各组间,体重和累积料肉比无显著差异(P>0.05);第15、17、19周的周料肉比在各组间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。不同能量水平的日粮,对雪山鸡19周龄屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率和腿肌率均无显著影响(P>0.05),胸肌率和胸腿肌率在第2组和第4组间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。This experiment was conducted with 1 120 Xueshan chickens(84 days old) to analysis the effect of different protein/energy ratio on growth and slaughter performance. Chickens were floor raised and divided randomly into seven groups, each group had two replicates(80 chickens each replicate),and different group were fed with different protein/energy ratio feed. The chicken′s body weight(BW) was measured every week,the ratio of feed and gain(F/G) was calculated,and the slaughter performance was observed at 19 weeks old. The results showed that weekly BW gain between different groups was significant difference at 13,14,16,18,19 weeks old(P<0.05),and BW and accumulative F/G ratio had not significant difference at different weeks old(P>0.05). There was significant difference in F/G ratio among some groups at 15,17,19 weeks old(P<0.05). Energy level had no effect on the slaughter percentage,half-eviscerated,eviscerated and leg muscle ratios at 19 weeks old(P>0.05). The breast and the thigh muscle percentages were significantly different between the second and fourth group(P<0.05).
