摘　　要：目的:观察通脑舒络胶囊对小鼠脑缺血缺氧的保护作用,及其对大鼠血栓形成和小鼠凝血时间的影响。方法:采用断头及双侧颈总动脉合并迷走神经结扎法造成小鼠急性脑缺血模型,采用大鼠动、静脉吻合法形成血栓和毛细玻璃管法测定小鼠凝血时间,观察药物对脑缺血缺氧的保护作用、对血栓形成的抑制作用及对凝血时间的延长。结果:通脑舒络胶囊能显著延长脑缺血缺氧小鼠的存活时间,减轻大鼠血栓重量,延长凝血时间。结论:通脑舒络对脑缺血缺氧具有保护作用,并能抑制血栓形成,延长凝血时间。Objective: To observe the protective effect of Tongnaoshuluo Capsule on the cerebral ischemia and hypoxia of small mouse and its effects on the thrombus formation of big mouse and the time of the blood coagulation of small mouse.Methods: A method of the common artery coalition vagus ligature of decollation and bilateral neck was used to make an acute cerebral ischemia model of the small mouse.A method of the artery and vein anastomosis to form the thrombus of the big mouse and a capillary glass tube was used to measure the time of the blood coagulation of the small mouse.The protective effect of the capsule on the cerebral hypoxia was observed and the inhibiting effect of the thrombus formation and the time of the coagulation were observed.Results: Tongnaoshuluo Capsule could obviously prolong the life time of the cerebral ischemia and hypoxia mouse and reduce the thrombus weight of the big mouse and prolong the coagulation time of the big mouse.Conclusion: Tongnaoshuluo Capsule has a protective effect on the cerebral ischemia and hypoxia and can inhibit the thrombus formation and prolong the coagulation time.
