摘  要:以脱氢枞胺和氯乙酸为原料,通过N-烃化反应对脱氢枞胺的氨基进行修饰,增加其水溶性,合成了新化合物N,N-二羧甲基脱氢枞胺。以乙醇和水为溶剂,先用KOH水溶液与氯乙酸成盐,再在62℃的碱性条件下,向其中缓慢滴加脱氢枞胺乙醇溶液,反应18h,粗品经二氯甲烷重结晶得白色粉末状固体,得率为63.8%。对产物结构进行了表征,并发现产物对黄孢原毛平革菌、裂褶菌、蜜粘褶菌,云芝和绵卧腐孔菌有明显的抑制效果。N,N-dicarboxymethyl dehydroabietylamine,a novel compound which has never been reported before,was synthesized by the reaction of dehydroabietylamine and chloroactic acid,through the N-alkylation reaction to modify the amino group of dehydroabietylamine and resulted in enhancing the water solubility of dehydroabietylamine.The solvents were water and ethanol.Salification was generated from choroacetic acid and KOH aqueous solution first,then the dehydroabietylamine ethanol solution was dropped slowly into it at 62℃ under the alkaline condition for 18 hours to obtain crude compound,from which white farinose solid was obtained by the recrystallization with dichloromethane with a yield of 63.8%.The molecular structure was characterized.The preliminary test for bacteriostatic activity indicated that the target compound had strong anti-bacterium activity against Phanerochaete chrysosporium,Schizophyllum commune,Gloeophyllum trabeum,Coriolus versicolor and Poria vaporaria.
