克-雅病患者间断脑电图监测8例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨克罗伊茨费尔特-雅各布病(克-雅病)(Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease,CJD)患者断续脑电图(EEG)监测与临床病程的关系。方法:在病程的各阶段对8例CJD患者进行断续EEG监测,并结合相应时相的临床表现进行分析。结果:在此8例CJD患者中共完成断续EEG监测32次,发现均在临床出现共济失调、肌阵挛或意识障碍时见到由三相尖波组成的周期性同步放电(PSD),而无肌阵挛或意识障碍时的EEG监测均未见PSD。结论:CJD患者断续EEG表现的PSD多出现于病程中晚期, PSD对CJD的诊断和预后均有重要提示作用。Objective:To investigate the typical correlation between the intermittent EEG monitoring findings and the clinical signs in patients with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD). Methods: Of 8 patients with CJD(2 males and 6 famales), the serial standard EEGs during different stages of the disease were conducted and the findings of the EEGs were analyzed. Result:In all the 32 recording of EEGs, the typical periodic synchronous discharges(PSDs) consisting of triphasic sharp waves were found when the occurrence of ataxia, myoclonus or disturbance of consciousness. Conclusions: The proceed of PSD depends on the advanced stage of CJD. The appearance of PSDs is very important in diagnosis and prognosis of CJD.
