“善养”全营养粉在重度颅脑损伤病人中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察含谷氨酰胺(Gln)、精氨酸(Arg)和膳食纤维(Df)的“善养”全营养粉对重度颅脑损伤病人的营养支持效果。方法124例重度颅脑损伤病人随机分为“善养”全营养粉组(实验组)和匀浆组(对照组),每组62例,分别于应用前和应用后2周测定各项生化指标并进行组间对比。结果营养支持2周后,两组病人血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)和总蛋白(TP)、淋巴细胞总数(TLC)等指标均有不同程度下降,但实验组病人以上指标明显高于对照组,应用前后各指标的变化值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组病人的腹泻发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论添加Gln,Arg和Df的“善养”全营养粉可缓解颅脑损伤病人高分解代谢状态和免疫功能抑制,改善营养状况。Objective To study the effects of Shanyang complete nutrition powder on nutritional status,immune function and metabolic reaction in severe cerebral injury patients.Methods All 124 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,one as Shanyang complete nutrition powder group(experiment group) and the other as homogenized diets group(control group).Host biochemistry indicators,nutritional parameters and immune function were monitored before and after 2 weeks nutritional support.Results After 2 weeks nutritional support,Hemoglobin,Total protein(Tp),Albumin(Alb) and Total Lymphocyte count(TLC) of 2 groups were decreased at different level,but Tp,Alb and TLC of experiment group were higher than that of control.The changes of these indicators in experiment group were lower than that of control.During nutritional support,diarrhea rate of experiment group was significantly lower than that of control(P<0.05).Conclusion Shanyang complete nutrition powder enriched glutamine,arginine and dietary fiber can relieve hyper-metabolic status,improve nutritional status and immune function in severe cerebral patients.
