氪红、氪绿激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较氪红、氪绿激光治疗DRP临床疗效。方法117例194眼DRP患者随机分为氪红、氪绿激光治疗组,行全视网膜光凝,观察视力、新生血管、毛细血管无灌注区方面变化。结果氪红、氪绿激光对DRP有治疗作用,在视力稳定、新生血管消退、毛细血管无灌注区无扩大方面,其治疗效果两者比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论氪红、氪绿激光对DRP均有治疗作用,其治疗效果两者无明显差异。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the krypton red and krypton green laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DRP).Methods One hundred and ninty-four eyes of 117 DRP were assigned randomly to receive either krypton red or krypton green laser treatment.To investigate the changes of the vision,neovessels and the area of no-perfusion.Results Compared of visual improvement,neovessels loss and enlarge of no-perfusion area between two groups,there had no statistical difference in krypton red and krypton green laser treatment for DRP(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the krypton Red and krypton green laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy is good,no statistical difference between them.
