摘 要:目的观测肌电图对臂丛神经损伤的诊断价值。方法对40例臂丛神经损伤的病人进行常规肌电图(EMG)监测,包括神经传导速度(NCV)和感觉神经动作电位(SNAP)、体感诱发电位(SEP)检测。结果40例臂丛神经损伤全臂丛根性损伤18例,其中节前损伤16例,节后损伤2例,上、中干损伤11例,中、下干损伤5例,外侧束损伤2例。检测NCV 150条有88条异常(58.7%);检测SNAP 84条有32条(38.1%)异常;检测SEP 26例有14例(53.8%)异常;检测420块肌肉中243(57.9%)块出现异常自发性电活动。结论肌电图检测对臂丛神经损伤在其诊断、病变水平定位及预后判断中具有重要作用。Objective To observe the diadynamic value of electromyography(EMG)for brachial plexus injuries.Methods The routining EMG examination,including nerve conduction velocity(NCV),sensory action potential(SNAP),somatosensory evoked potential(SEP),were performed to forty brachial plexus injuries patients.Results Among all the 40 cases,18 cases were total brachial plexus root injuries,including 16 pre-ganglion injuries,and 2 post-ganglion injuries.NCV abnormity occurred in 88 nerve examination(88/150);SNAP abnormity occurred in 32 eaamination(32/84);SEP abnormity occurred in 14 examination(14/26);Abnormal spontaneous electrical activity occurred in 243 muscles(243/420).Conclusion The EMG examination has an important role in the diagnosis and prognosis of brachial plexus nerve injuries.
