摘  要:目的:探讨神经根受压后纤维变性与转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的关系。方法:SD大鼠50只,参照Kawakami方法,显露左右侧L4-L6神经根及背根神经节,左侧用4/0肠线于背根神经节头侧端结扎神经根(两道打两个结),线与神经根相距3mm;自身右侧相应神经根作为对照。术后1、2、4、8、12周,分别取L4-L6神经根标本,进行组织学观察,并借助免疫组化方法测定TGF-β1表达程度。结果:术后1周神经根TGF-β1开始表达,术后2周趋明显,术后4周达高峰,其表达与神经根受压后纤维形成过程相一致。结论:TGF-β1参与神经根受压后纤维化形成过程,合理调控TGF-β1表达有望减轻受压神经根粘连、变性的程度。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1) and nerve degeneration caused by the nerve root compression. Methods: The bilateral never roots and dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of 50 SD rats were revealed according to the method of Kawakami. The ribbon gut with type of 4/0 was circled around left L4-L6 nevre roots near the head of DRG (with two circles and two ties). The distance from ribbon gut to the nerve root was 3 mm. The right nerve roots taken as control group. The specimen of the bilateral L4-L6 nerve roots were obtained at 1,2,4,8,12 weeks after the operation. The nerve degeneration caused by the never root compression were observed by histological studies and TGF-β1 expression were detected by immunohistochemical method respectively. Results: Postoperative TGF-β1 expression started just at 1 week, increased tendency at 2 weeks,reached a peak at 4 weeks. The expressing process of TGF-β1 was consistent with nerve degeneration caused by nerve root compression. Conclusion: TGF-β1 plays a great role of participating in the fibrosis process of the nerve root compression. Appropriate regulation of TGF-β1 expression may decrease the adhesion and fibrosis of the nerve root compression.
