猕猴桃果仁油主要成分及其药理生理作用

摘　　要：猕猴桃果仁油出油率达28%以上,其中不饱和脂肪酸的质量分数大于80%,α-亚麻酸占不饱和脂肪酸的56.75%～64.10%.由于α-亚麻酸是人体内各组织生物膜的结构材料,也是合成人体一系列前列腺素的前体,所以猕猴桃果仁油具有降血脂、降血压、预防癌变、改善心血管疾病、提高脑神经功能等药理生理作用,开发利用前景广阔.The yielding rate of the Chinese gooserbeery seed oil is more than 28%,the content of the unsaturated fatty acid is up to 80% among the oil,and α-linolenic acid accounts 56.75%～64.10% of the unsaturated fatty acid.Because α-linolenic acid is a structural material of the biomembrane of every organization in the body and the forebody of synthesizing prostaglandin,the Chinese gooserbeery seed oil has the pharmacological fuction of bringing down the blood fat and blood pressure,preventing canceration,curbing cardiovascular diseases,and improving cranial nerve function.Therefore,there is a good prospect for developing and utilizing the Chinese Goosebeery seed oil.
