摘　　要：安阳市在培育龙头企业、推进农业产业化的过程中,立足资源优势,培植特色产业,创建名牌产品,拉长产业链条,形成产业群,带动了当地农业经济的发展。本文通过对安阳市农业龙头企业的发展情况调研,针对当前农业龙头企业发展过程中普遍存在的一些问题,从政策扶持、利益联结、科技创新、企业现代化管理等方面就如何发展壮大农业龙头企业进行了一定程度的探索和思考,以达到交流经验、借鉴启发、相互促进的效果。The development of the local agricultural economy is drived across basing on their advantages in resources,cultivating specialized industries,creating name brand products,extending the industrial chains,and forming industry groups in the process of nurturing leading enterprises and promoting agricultural industrialization in Anyang City.Basing on the investigation of the development of the leading agricultural enterprises in Anyang City,aiming at the prevalent problems which exist in the current development of agricultural enterprises,this article does some discussions and thoughts on how to develop the leading agricultural enterprises from the aspects of support of policy,coupling of interest,innovations of science and technology,modernization management of enterprises and so on which can obtain the effects of communicating experience,using for reference and illumination and promoting each other.
