摘 要:板带轧机的纵刚度和横刚度对于厚度和板形控制十分重要,研究轧机不同状态下的刚度变化规律对于实现板厚和板形的精确控制具有重要意义。为此,利用有限元方法对某厂六辊轧机建立了有限元模型,分别计算了不同中间辊横移量时的横刚度和纵刚度,分析了中间辊横移对轧机刚度的影响,给出了最佳横移制度,为轧机厚度和板形控制量的调整提供了参考依据。The vertical rigidity and transverse rigidity of the strip mill have an important effect on the gauge and shape control of the strip being rolled. Researching on alteration rules of the rigidity characteristics of strip mill with different conditions will have great meaning for fulfilling precision control of gauge and shape of strip. Therefore, one finite element model of a six-high strip mill with middle roll shifting was established in this paper. The vertical rigidities and transverse rigidities of this six-high mill with various middle roll shifting length were calculated, and the influences of middle roll shifting on the rigidities of strip mill were also analyzed. The optimum strategy of roll shifting was presented to provide the reference for regulating control value of strip gauge and strip shape.
