摘  要:介绍了基于模糊控制的火电厂煤粉流量控制系统的工作原理、硬件结构以及控制策略。采用冲量流量计测量煤粉流量,选用dsPIC30F4013作为CPU,运用模糊控制理论实现该模糊检测与控制系统,并给出了控制器的结构图和控制规则表。实验表明,该系统具有良好的测控效果,可使煤粉流量的控制精度达到±2%。In this paper,a coal powder flux control system,its working principles,hardware structure and the control strategies are presented.The impact-based flow meter is adopted to measure the flow of coal powder in the control system and dsPIC30F4013 is selected to serve as a central processing unit.By using fuzzy logic theory,a fuzzy detection and control system is developed in this paper.The construction drawing of the fuzzy control device is given along with the rules table of the control device.The experimental results have demonstrated that the control system has excellent effectiveness.And the flow of coal powder being controlled to a precision level of ±2%.
