摘　　要：美国、英国、德国、法国和日本的出版业非常发达,这与他们的宏观管理体制已日趋成熟密切相关。从法律政策、行政管理、行业管理和经济调控等方面考察出版业发达国家学术期刊的宏观管理体制,有助于为我国相关部门对学术期刊进行宏观管理提供借鉴,使我国学术期刊少走弯路,加快发展。The publication industry in America,Britain,France and Japan.Is much developed,which is closely related to their mature macro management system.Observing the macro management system of publication industry in those foreign countries from the perspective of legal policies,administrative management,industry management and economic adjustment helps to throw some enlightenment on the macro management system of academic journals in China and speed up our development.
