加强高校青年教师职业道德建设的重要意义探微

摘　　要：高校青年教师是学校的未来和希望,他们的职业道德素质如何,与高等学校的人才培养质量和科学研究水平密切相关,直接关系到国家新世纪教育发展的战略,关系到党的教育方针的全面贯彻,关系到国家和民族的前途和命运。然而,由于受多种复杂因素的影响,他们的职业道德出现了一些不容忽视、也不可回避的新情况、新问题,其中的许多问题不但对其自身的全面发展产生了根本性的阻碍,也有悖于教师职业道德的基本原则和精神,甚至影响了党的教育方针的贯彻执行,不利于高校对人才的培养。新世纪加强高校青年教师职业道德的建设有着重要的现实意义。Young college and university teachers are the most promising and essential part of a collage or a university.Their vocational ethics not only is tightly linked with the qualities of the students and the scientific study of the college,it also can directly influence the enforcement of the national education strategies of this century.What is more,from a long run,their vocational ethics will determine the nation's future.However,under the influence of different complicated circumstences the young teachers are faced many new problems with their vocational ethics,which should not be ignored.Among these problems,some hampers their all-round self-development rootly,and they all go against the basic principles and spirits of the teachers vocational ethics.Some even hinder the enforcement of the national education policies,and this does no good to the cultivation of the students.The construction of the vocational ethics has practical significance.
