摘　　要：高校学生管理工作是学校管理工作的重点,学生管理人员是学生管理的主体因素。本文从新的时代背景出发,阐明了我国高校建设专业化学生管理队伍的迫切性,在分析学生管理队伍现状的基础上,提出了推进学生管理队伍专业化建设的对策。The student-management is the emphasis of university management,and the student-management staff is the main factor of student-management.In the light of the new period background,this paper expounds the urgency of the specialization of the student-management team in universities,and based on the analysis of the current situation of student-management team,the authors propose the remedial measures to promote the specialization of student-management team
