摘  要:【目的】获得脲醛树脂制备毒死蜱微胶囊的配方,表征其释放性能,为优化该农药的使用性能提供依据。【方法】利用生物摄像显微镜和激光粒度分布仪研究了成囊促进剂、分散剂和添加氯化钠对微胶囊制备的影响,用气相色谱法表征毒死蜱微胶囊的释放动力学。【结果】配方中成囊促进剂选择SMA,质量分数为2.5%,分散剂为PAAS,质量分数为2.0%,添加氯化钠,质量分数为0.4%,制备的微胶囊表面形貌良好,平均粒径约10μm。气相色谱法测定微胶囊的缓释性能,前5d为初期快速释放阶段,符合一级动力学方程(R2=0.9820),累计释放量达到37.32%;5~42d为匀速释放阶段,符合零级释放特征(R2=0.9927)。【结论】以该配方得到的毒死蜱脲醛树脂微胶囊具有良好的缓释性能,有助于延长控制期。【Objective】The controlled-release formulation of chlorpyrifos microcapsule encapsulated with UF-resin, and its controlled-release kinetics were studied for optimizing the bioefficacy of chlorpyrifos.【Method】The effects of encapsulating adjuvant, dispersant, and sodium chloride on encapsulation of microcapsule were investigated by biology photography microscope and photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS). The controlled-release characteristics were studied by gas chromatography.【Result】In the optimal formulation, the mass weights of Styrene Maleic Anhydride (SMA) as encapsulating adjuvant and Sodium Polyacrylate (PAAS) as dispersant were 2.5% and 2.0%, respectively. And adding sodium chloride with mass weight of 0.4% could improve the appearance of microcapsule. Microcapsules with mean diameter of 10 μm had good surface shape. The investigation on chlorpyrifos release behavior of microcapsules showed that in the first five days the release was consistent with First-level reaction, with equation of Ln (1-Q) =-0.0835t + 4.5102 (R2 =0.9820). The release kinetics in 5-42 days was consistent with Zero-level reaction, and followed the equation of Q = 1.6443t + 33.996 (R2 =0.9927).【Conclusion】Chlorpyrifos microcapsules of UF-resin displayed good controlled-release characteristics and satisfied the necessary prerequisites for prolonged control period.
