摘　　要：通过对西南地区和东北地区马铃薯脱毒试管苗、原原种和马铃薯生产田样品检测,比较南北地区马铃薯病毒发生情况,了解病毒发生特点。结果表明,南方马铃薯田PVX病毒发生严重,北方马铃薯田PVY病毒发生严重,现阶段西南与东北两地的马铃薯种薯生产核心材料脱毒试管苗和原原种质量都不高。A survey was made to understand the occurrence of potato virus in the Southwestern versus Northeastern part of China.Samples were collected and detected for various viruses from both pre-elite and field grown potatoes.For field grown potatoes,the incidence of potato virus X was more severe in the South,whereas more potato virus Y was noted in the North.At present,viruses at various incidences were detected in pre-elite seed potatoes in both Southwestern and Northeastern part of China,indicating a need for improving the techno-logy of pre-elite seed potato production.
