摘  要:目的探讨增殖指数(LI)和细胞凋亡指数(AI)与脑胶质瘤分级的关系。方法采用免疫组化和Tunel技术分别检测96例脑胶质瘤细胞增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白的表达和细胞凋亡情况.并计算PCNA LI、AI和LI/AI。结果96例胶质瘤Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤中PCNA L1分别为26.79±3.45、44.32±5.83、83.31±13.67.显著高于正常脑组织(2.67±1.31),P均<0.05。并且随着肿瘤分级的升高而递增。在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤中AI分别为18.92±7.21,10.18±4.25.5.25±1.93,并随分级的升高而递减.Ⅱ级和Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤的AI有显著差异,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级间无差异.PCNA LI与AI呈显著负相关(r=-0.832.P<0.05).各级别胶质瘤中PCNA LI/AI与肿瘤病理分级呈显著正相关性(r=0.924.P<0.01)。结论脑胶质瘤PCNA LI/AI比PCNA LI或AI单独检测更能反映胶质瘤的病理特征及恶性行为。[Objective]To study relationships of proliferating cell nudear and tigen(PCNA)label indes(LI)and apoptosis indexes(AI)with pathological grades in brain gliomas.[Methods]96 cases of brain gliomas were chosen,and protein expression of PCNA and apoptosis of tumor cells were investigated respectively by immuno- histochemistry method and TdT mediated dUTP nick-end labeling(TUNEL)method.The PCNA LI,AI and the ratio of PCNA LI/AI were calculated.[Results]The PCNA LI in gradeⅡ,ⅢandⅣof 96 brain gliomas were 26.79±3.45,44.32±5.83,83.31±13.67 respectively,which were higher than that in normal brain tissue(2.67±1.31)(P<0.05).The PCNA LI increased progressively along with grade stepping up.AI in gradeⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere 18.92±7.21,10.18±4.25,5.25±1.93 respectively,and decreased progressively along with grade stepping up(P<0.05).AI between gradeⅡandⅢ,Ⅳwere significantly different(P<0.05),but there was no any difference between gradeⅢandⅣ.The negative correlation was suggested between PCNA LI and AI(r=—0.832,P<0.05).There were significantly positive correlations between PCNA LI/AI and pathological grades in gliomas(r=0.924,P<0.01).[Conclusion]Detecting PCNA LI/AI is more significant than PCNA LI or AI only in determing clinicopathlogic features and malignant behaviors.
