摘　　要：描述了圆型混合环结构和跑道型的混合环结构的Ka波段集成平衡混频器。通过对两者测试结果的比较,后者降低了混频损耗,改善了工作带宽。其设计方法和过程对其他频段的平衡混频器的设计有一定的参考价值。This paper describes two kinds of Ka-band integrated balance mixers. One uses circuit ring structure,the other uses racetrack ring structure. The experiment results show that the latter one reduces loss and improves the working frequency band. Their design method and process shed light on the design of balance mixer in other frequency band.
