摘　　要：介绍了一种智能数控衰减器的工作原理和电路设计。设计时采用了开关-固定衰减器和П型PIN二极管网络结构和温度修正,是一种较理想的宽带吸收数控衰减器解决方案。Principles and electronic circuit design of a smart digitally controlled attenuator are introduced in this paper. Switched pad ,π type PIN diode network and temperature compensating are used in the design which gives an ideal solution of wide-band absorptive attenuator.
