摘  要:探讨了不同添加剂量的大蒜素对蛋公雏免疫指标的影响。将120只14日龄蛋公雏随机分为4组,第Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ~Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0,50,150,250 mg.kg-1大蒜素,试验期35 d,测定了在35,42,49日龄时蛋公雏血清中白蛋白和总蛋白含量,主要免疫器官的重量及器官指数以及新城疫抗体水平。结果显示:在42,49日龄时,150 mg.kg-1和250 mg.kg-1添加组血清白蛋白、总蛋白质量浓度与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);150 mg.kg-1添加组的胸腺重量及器官指数在42,49日龄时较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。饲料中添加的大蒜素对蛋公雏的免疫指标均有显著的影响。An experiment was conducted to study the effects on immune indexes of garlicin to cockerels.One hundred and twenty egg-type cockerels at 14 days were equally divided into 4 groups.Each group was respectively fed the ration adding with garlicin in 0,50,150,250 mg·kg-1 levels for 35 days. The concentrations of albumin and total protein in blood,immune organ weights,immune organ indexes and contents of HI were detected at 35,42,49days.The results showed:The concentrations of albumin and total protein in blood of 150 mg·kg^(-1) and 250 mg·kg^(-1) groups were higher than that of control group(p<0.05) at 42,49 days old.The thymus weight and the thymus-to-body weight of group Ⅲ(150 mg·kg^(-1))were significantly increased contrasting with control group at 42,49 days old(p<0.05).Garlicin added with feed can improve immune function of chicken.
