摘　　要：产业组织理论是以企业之间竞争和垄断关系为主要研究对象的微观应用经济理论。本文以产业组织理论的渊源为起点,详细阐述和分析了现代产业组织理论各主要流派的形成、发展、代表人物以及他们主要的理论观点和政策主张,并提示了各理论流派之间的联系和差异。此外,本文还对产业组织理论近十几年来的最新发展给予了介绍和评述。Industrial organization theory is one of the key applied microeconomic theories taking the relationship between competition and monopoly as the researc h object. This paper, after introducing its origin, thoroughly explores the form ation, development, the representatives and their viewpoints of the major school s of industrial organization theory. Then it discloses the relationship and the variation between different schools. Finally the paper offers a review of the la test development of the theory in recent decades.
