大腹圆蛛毒素的双向电泳分析

摘　　要：提取大腹圆蛛毒素 ,进行双向凝胶电泳 (TwoDimensionGelElectrophoresis ,2 -DGE) ,经银染法显色及电脑软件分析 ,结果表明 :大腹圆蛛的毒素至少有 80种成份 。Toxin of the spider Araneus ventrocosus was separated by two dimensional gel electrophesis(2D-PAGE).Over 80 protein spots were presented on a silver stained 2D gel and most of them were basic or neuter.
