聚吡咯膜对抗坏血酸电催化氧化的作用

摘　　要：用循环伏安法 ,在酸性介质中对掺铁氰根聚吡咯电极膜催化抗坏血酸 (AH2 )氧化的电化学行为 ,阳极峰电流 (iPa)与AH2 的浓度关系进行研究 .结果表明 ,该电极修饰膜可测定水果等多种样品中的抗坏血酸 .With the cyclic voltammetry in an acid condition,the electrochemical behavior,anode peak current of catalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid on the polyprrole membrane mixed with ferricyanide and the relationship with the concentration of AH 2 were studied in this paper.The results showed the electrode modified membrane can be used in the determination of ascorbic acid on many kinds of samples such as fruit.
