摘　　要：介绍了语义网的基本概念和层次模型 ,阐述了语义网与高校信息化之间的关系及其作用 .在分析高校信息化目前存在的一些问题的基础上 。The basic concept of semantic Web and its layer′s model are introduced, it expatiates the relationship between semantic Web and university informatization and its function. Based on analyses of some problems about university informatization, it puts forward its application framework and reference model in the construction of university informatization.
