摘　　要：由于所有权主体的缺失和信息不对称,生态建设中存在严重的道德风险,导致生态投资效率低下,不能获得预期效果。本文在分析生态建设中存在的道德风险及其成因的基础上,提出了防范道德风险的一系列对策。There is bad moral hazard in ecological construction because of asymmetric information and absence of owner.It makes ecological construction low efficiency and can t get the anticipating goal.This article analyses moral hazard and its reason of ecological construction,then puts forward a series of preventive counter measures.
