摘　　要：提高一个国家竞技的水平必须选拔和培养一批高水平的优秀竞技体育人材。阐述了西方发达国家竞技体育后备人才的培养模式,分析了我国后备人才培养现状,对我国后备人才培养提出了建议。The improvement of a country s athletic level depends on selecting and cultivating a batch of competent athletic talents.This paper expounds the cultivation model of athletic talents in support in the western developed countries,analyzes the current cultivation of the support talents in our country and proposes suggestions on our support talent cultivation.
