摘　　要：高等学校在创新型城市建设中起着举足轻重的作用。论文分析了高校和高校科技创新在创新型城市建设中三个方面的作用,即城市自主创新的重要基础、培养城市创新人才的主要基地、创新文化的引导者;着重分析了我国高校在城市科技创新活动中的作用,并在此基础上提出了发挥高校技术创新的作用,促进创新型城市建设的看法。Universities play a pivotal role in the construction of Innovation-based city.This paper analyzes three kinds of roles of university and science and technology innovation of university in the construction of Innovation-based city,namely the important basis of city independent innovation,the main base of fostering innovative talents of city,the guider of innovative culture of city.The paper emphatically analyzes the current status of the roles of Chinese universities,in urban science and technology innovatio...
