摘　　要：反思我国大学学科的建设与发展,不难发现,我国大学学科建设呈现的多是投资驱动、权力推进、资源依赖、知识技术跟进等发展模式。这些模式在大学学科建设中发挥过应有的作用,但是在当今社会经济日益发展、科学技术日趋进步、国际竞争愈益激烈的背景下难免捉襟见肘,弊端渐现。当前,如果我国大学学科要不断进步、提高水平,必须解构既有的发展模式,建构以组织创新驱动的学科发展模式。It is not difficult to find that the construction and developing modes of university disciplines in our country are invest stimulation,power improvement,resource dependence and knowledge following by reflecting the developing procedure of university disciplines in our country.They devoted a lot in the past,but devote little today.If our university disciplines make a progress,we should destroy the old developing modes and construct the new modes of organization recreation.
