摘　　要：采用垂直扫描系统是离子注入机最常用的扫描方式之一,着重阐述了一种大行程垂直扫描系统的系统构成、设计思路和实现方法。经过实际使用证明,该系统提高了离子注入机机械扫描的可靠性和稳定性。The method of vertical scan is widely used in ion implanters.This paper introduces the structure and design of an improved long vertical scan system.The results show that this system can improve the reliability and stability of mechanical scan in an ion implanter.
