摘　　要：构建和谐社会需要建设和谐文化。高校图书馆作为文化建设的重要载体,在和谐社会的建设中起着重要的作用。因而高校图书馆应贯彻以人为本的服务理念,开展社会化服务,尽可能地发挥高校图书馆的资源优势,为和谐社会的建设发挥作用。To set up a harmonious society needs to construct harmonious culture. College library is the important vehicle of cultural construction and plays an important role in the construction of harmonious society. So college library should carry through the service principle of regarding people as the center, develop socialized service, try its best to elaborate its resources advantage, and bring its affection into play for the harmonious social construction.
